If I could give 10 stars, I would! I absolutely love the color and quality of my stained decks. If I had to choose one word to describe their work, it would be quality. I will be using them again in the future. They immediately got back to me when I initially reached out to start my project, so A+ for responsiveness! They followed through and did not leave until every detail was captured. They are passionate about their work and it shows. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with the work that Matt did on our deck! He gave us an honest assessment of what we needed to do to maintain our deck. Areas needed to be sanded, a board needed to be replaced and it needed to be stained. We LOVE our deck and got three estimates to make sure we made the right decision. It is 13 years old and had faded. Matt suggested repairs, the color we should use and did the work 4 days later. The staining work was meticulous. Every interaction with Brazawood was excellent. Working with Michelle to set up an appraisal and estimate and then meeting Matt who did the work was all outstanding. Truly a 5 Star experience. the lumber pricing oscillates constantly during the year, the labour cost still maintained acordingly with the type of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet personally so a can have an good idea of the clients preferences, it also makes it easier to present diferent solutions during the building process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
my uncles was a carpenter for 50 years, so I just followed his path and got passionate for my job
