Matt was quite efficient in what he repaired for me, and he made sure everything looked exactly as I requested. He guided me through my options to ensure the right decisions were made. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. The repair was perfect and I will refer him to friends and consult with him for any future projects. I am very pleased.

We used Brazawood to redo our deck steps that had water damage. We had a couple of hiccups with the delivery of materials and communication. However, those were all resolved promptly and I am satisfied with the quality of work once everything was finished.

He went well beyond that the scope of work to make sure my problem was corrected. I wouldn’t expect that he would climb all of his customers roofs to identify a leak before repairing water damage on the interior, but it show his work ethic and need to satisfy his customers completely.

We are very happy with the quality of the work. Matt showed up exactly when promised, got set up and got the job done promptly. He even assisted with some helpful advice on work that had been done previously. Would definitely consider for future work.
