I cannot say enough good things about Leash Life! Drew and Tiffy were more than patient with my Chihuahua... he can be a little difficult but now he loves them. It’s a great value, I can depend on them completely. Drew has a ton of experience with all kinds of dogs and they are extremely responsible. This is much more than just paying a teenager to walk your dog. I completely trust them with my little man and that is priceless!Feb 22, 2020Verified
Really happy to have Drew taking care of my pup. Flexible, professional, and a genuinely nice person. Can't beat the value or the enthusiasm. Plus, I really appreciate getting pictures of his happy little face out on a walk when I'm at work! Looking forward to our new routine and a happier dog.May 1, 2018VerifiedLeash Life's reply
Thank you Hannah! 🙂🙂🙂
Drew has walked my dog for almost a year now, and he has been the perfect hire. I cannot offer enough compliments to fully capture his character; he's good natured, prompt, trustworthy, flexible, professional, funny, and best of all, my dog loves him. If I were in the market for a dog walker again, he would be my first pick.Jun 13, 2017Leash Life's reply
I have two bigger strong dogs and they were so happy when I came home because of their walk. Drew wiped their paws too so they didn't track all the mud around my house. He also sent a text with a little update as to how the walk went who pooped etc. great job I would recommendMar 6, 2015Verified
What would I do without Drew and Shannon! From the second Jim (our dog) met them at the initial meet and greet, he took to them immediately. Drew does such a great job with our dog.. he's a 2 year old 55lb schnauzer/hound mix and he has a LOT of energy, and Drew has been working with him on commands and walking on leash, and I can already see the progress he's making. Drew and Shannon are very professional. They're always on time, they're very responsive, they're trustworthy, and they take great care of Jim. I come home from work every day knowing that Jim had a great walk and was well taken care of during the day while I was gone. They have an instagram account that I follow, and I love seeing the pictures of all the dogs that Drew walks and interacting with the LeashLife community. He also sends me updates after each walk and lets me know how Jim did, BMs, etc, which gives me peace of mind, knowing how my fur baby did. We will continue to use Drew and Shannon for as long as they'll let us :) and I would highly recommend to others. They offer great prices and the services can't be beat. Thanks so much for taking such great care of our Jim!Apr 1, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Unfortunately, we cannot list our pricing due to the fact that there are some very low quality dog walkers out there looking to undercut the rest of us, just so they can make a quick buck. These "dog walkers" don't care about your pets and they don't care about quality service. I have spoken with the other top rated dog walkers in the area, and we have agreed to keep our prices in a certain range. So if you are getting a quote that seems lower than most... BEWARE. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. If you are interested in us doing any house-sitting or cleaning for you, you can request additional pricing for these services. Also we realize that you may really want our services, but simply think we're a little too high... You tell us what you think is reasonable or within your budget and we just may accept! We've done that for a few of our pet owners. We certainly aren't looking to get rich or break anyone's bank, we base our prices on the averages for this area and believe we are worth it for the quality care we give to our pets and their owners. They have the peace of mind that their pets are well taken care of and that they hired trustworthy people. You can't put a price on that!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been discussing possibly learning to do pet grooming as an extra option. We also are working on becoming licensed in First Aid for Pets and CPR for pets. Our eyes and ears are always open for learning more about animals, especially cats and dogs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have cared for animals my whole life and I never want it to stop. So I began watching friend's pets, and then that grew into strangers who also became friends, and so on and so on.
