I was torn about whether to bored my dog or have in home care. Since my dog was a recent rescue i decided it would be very confusing and traumatizing for him to be back in a situation with barking strange dogs, confined to a crate where he would most likely have to go to the bathroom after i finally got him potty trained etc. Anyway I couldn't be happier with my decision and the service I received with Anna & John. They were extremely responsive, flexible and delivered on everything they promised. I was dubious about how much attention my animals would get and although I wasn't personally there I do not feel like they were clock watchers or just there to give a fast walk and leave. They were so much more than dog walkers. They truly are pet sitters and I highly recommend them. I am on a fixed income so it was a bit costly for me but was a great value for what I received and it was money well spent!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a FREE potty break or 30 minute walk for new clients that sign up for multiple visits. We offer many types of care from 10 min potty, 30 minute walks, 45 minute walks and 1 hour walks. The prices vary from discount prices starting at $10 a visit up to $30. We offer over night love just like you would at home for $65 a night. We provide discounts for many varieties i.e daily walk during the work week, veterans, school teachers, service personnel, military as well trips 7 days or longer automatically get 10% off. Call and let us build you a package bundle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients use our professional software to create their personal account to be able to schedule, cancel, see arrival and departure times along with a journal that also goes to your phone with photos directly to you via text on EVERY visit. Prior to starting you ALWAYS meet your professional "us" to make sure your furry pet(s) have approved and you are as well.
