Nick contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived when he said he would. We discussed the issue, he gave me a quote for the project which was in the expected range. He very quickly handled the problem and then told me what to do going forward to help prevent further issues. He was here less than 30 minutes, cleaned up, and was on his way. I will use Zoom Drain if I need plumbing assistance in the future.

Let’s put it this way, Zoom Drain was my second plumber in two days. The first company come out and charged me for work that didn’t resolve the problem. Their solution was to replumb my 1960s house due to the cast iron pipes.
Rob and his apprentice came in and solved the problem on their first attempt. My sink drains better now than it did 5 years ago.
They were dressed nicely, covered their shoes and equipment before bringing it into our home, protected the area they worked, and cleaned up when they were done. I don’t care what type of service work you do, this is how you do it! Great job guys! You’ve earned a loyal customer at our home. Thank you!

Minor issue was resolved but the diagnostic fee was a bit high for what I needed. Maybe provide a lower fee when the issue isn’t that significant. To that point if I was a little handy or researched on YouTube I wouldn’t have called!

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
