They showed up fast and did the chimney cleaning on the same day. It was fast and easy and the customer service was great. I would definitely use them again!

I can’t say enough good things about Nick from The Pro Bro Company. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and really committed to doing a great job.

What stood out most was how careful he was when removing the birds from my chimney. He took every precaution to make sure they were safely removed without being harmed, which meant a lot to me. He also installed a new chimney cap and made sure everything was done right.

Nick listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and worked hard until everything was taken care of. His attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction were obvious the whole time.

It’s refreshing to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. I highly recommend Nick and The Pro Bro Company for chimney services. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I’d gladly use his services again.

Purchased home that has a chimney and noticed that the exterior trim/corner boards of the chimney chase were separating. I was very concerned there may be rotting so I hired The Pro Bros to come out and inspect. Very responsive and punctual. Inspected the inside and outside of chimney structure and to my relief, it was only temperature related shrinkage. Was given an estimate to re-seal chimney chase and clean/sweep the chimney. Accepted the estimate and they did all of the work on the spot! Pricing was very reasonable and work completed was fantastic! Recommend 10/10!

The Pro Bro was the best service ever. They repaired and cleaned my Electrical Fireplace and it's like brand new. Lee the Technician did a superb job, I can't say enough about him. The best guy I ever met, and he totally cared about how stressed I was. I am so relieved now that the fireplace is up and running.

Although I was not able to proceed with the service due to budget, I had a really great experience with Pro Bros. The tech was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I originally contacted them for a quote to add a remote to my fireplace, but after inspecting it, he recommended replacing the fireplace instead. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that he saved me from spending money on an expensive installation that would not have been worthwhile. I am unfortunately on a tight budget right now, but I will definitely follow up once I am able to move forward. If you're looking for assistance with your fireplace, I recommend consulting with this company!
