- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at EM Electric, we know affordability and quality are key when searching for services. We aim to be extremely affordable while maintaining top quality service and work. We want all of our clients to feel valued and be completely satisfied with their experience and finished product. We offer free on-site estimates to anyone seeking electrical services and are grateful to earn your business, please let us know what your budget is so we can better assist you. If you have a valid quote from any local Electrician or pro that is lower than ours, please provide us with that quote and we will meet or beat their rates. Thank you for your loyalty and trust!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At EM Electric, we start off by offering a free on-site estimate to all potential clients. We know timing is important, so if we can get to you within the same day, we will certainly work you in our schedule. Evan takes his time with each individual client to explain in detail what processes and material will be required in order to complete your project. Rates will be discussed at the end of each estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school, I attended a secondary vocational school for the electronics program. After graduating high school, I began working as a helper for a licensed Electrician in 2011 and I began attending Ho-Ho-Kus School of Trades and Technical Sciences in Paterson, NJ (now Eastwick College) from 2011 - 2012. I completed the Electrician Apprenticeship Diploma Program and graduated at the top of my class. From there, I went on to work for electrical contractors in the busy tri-state area in New York and New Jersey. A majority of my experience came from working on sites in New York City and surrounding areas and it was an extremely thorough, hands on learning experience for me. Working in such environments helped further my knowledge and expertise in electrical and I am very grateful for the opportunities I have had. I currently have a total of 8 years professional experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings and am very confident I will be able to provide you with quality results.
