- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. We do not take credit/debit cards. We only take Cash, Local Check, Zelle, Cash App, Crypto Currency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers a free estimate when we come out. They make there decision and we get a deposit of 30%-50% depending on the project total cost. Once we are done we settle up for the final amount. Plain and simple process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the electrical trade since 1996. We did electrical in high school, then moved on to college where we were certified as an electrician. We then started up our business in 1996 and have been doing Electrical for many years now. Over 20 years to be exact.
