I recently had an electrical repair done by Michael & Son Services, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Brian, the electrician, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain the problem in detail and quickly made the necessary repairs. Brian (The Michael & Sons technician) was very professional. I provided some more details about the electrical issue I was having and Brian proceeded to troubleshoot the problem until he was able to identify the issue and fix it. Brian didn't try to sell me more services or products than what I had asked for. Brian was quick, informative, and provided a great customer service experience. Would highly recommend Michael & Son!
