- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sue flat rate pricing. Once on site our technicians are dispatched and assess the situation a final quote will be provide to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call our office and one of our Customer Service representatives will ask questions about the service request, create a customer account and schedule a technician to come out to your home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MLS Electric has licensed electrical contractors, Licensed Professional Engineers, and licensed general contractors on staff. Our electrical technicians are highly trained in electric panel upgrades, EV Chargers, installation and repair of outlets and switches, surge protectors, and diagnostics.
