- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work. Our minimum service charge is $350. Larger projects are quoted based on labor, materials, and project complexity. We focus on quality work, not cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the customer’s needs and reviewing the project details. If needed, we schedule a walkthrough or review photos to provide an accurate estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the job efficiently, and make sure everything is clean and fully functional before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed trade school training and have several years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work. I stay up to date with NEC code requirements to ensure all work is safe and compliant.
