- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer will get a discount for leaving a review and future discounts. Customers should know that my pricing is upfront and flat-rate (based on the job, not the hour) or calculated via a competitive hourly rate with a dispatch fee. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure I understand the customer expectations is understandable and making sure I teach the customer about there electrical system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RCJ Electric have to take a 8 hour credit class every year to ensure we are up to date on codes.
