- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer affordable prices and am willing to work with you if my price is out of your budget. Even if you do not go with me, I am happy to help you find the right professional for your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer's needs are different, so the process varies, but here's a general idea: * Get the details - messaging through Thumbtack, email, or phone call... I just make sure I have all the details worked out with you early on. * Make the work happen - whether it's a video edit, event photography, or a photo shoot, I make sure the work is done promptly, efficiently, and properly. * That's pretty much it. Easy peasy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* Education: Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina School of Journalism and Mass Communications * 2 years working for student run television station on campus * 1.5 years working for SCETV running a multimedia website featuring business news in Columbia (photo, video, podcast, articles) * Currently working as a wedding videographer for Cinema Couture Films (2 years). * 5 years freelance photography.
