We used Charles and Victoria for our last minute small intimate wedding ceremony and I can not say enough good things about them! They were professional, personable, patient and kind! This duo is incredibly talented and intuitive, they caught shots of us that truly represent who we are individually and as a couple. They were detail oriented, thorough and creative in their approach. We went with the photography, video and drone package and it was worth every single penny! My husband has been in the wedding industry for over 15 years and was hesitant about adding on videography and the drone due to our super small size and concern about not enough content. Charles and Victoria clearly explained the benefits and quickly sold him on these services! And we are so glad they did! They created authentic content that is irreplaceable and captured the true vibe and energy of the day! I can’t imagine any other photographer coming close to the level of service they provided for the very reasonable cost. They were an absolute pleasure to have at our special event and uniquely captured memories that will last a lifetime! I am so impressed with our results and thrilled that they were available! We provide affordable and competitive rates and are willing to work with you even on a budget. Our priority is quality work which we ensure to deliver.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is essential to us so we make sure to have phone calls and on some occasions zoom calls to better understand the client's expectations. We primarily communicate through email from the time of contact until the pictures are delivered. Our typical delivery takes between 1 - 3 days after the photoshoot day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively, we have about 10 years of experience between us. We believe in continuous learning and improvement. Our quality of work bears testament to our commitment to learning and innovation.
