We had a great experience with Advance Painting and Roofing. The quality of the work was excellent, and our bathroom looks great. The price was fair, and the entire process was professional from start to finish.
When the crew arrived, the scope of the project ended up being a little more involved than he expected, but what was communicated. Rather than rushing through it or cutting corners, they immediately communicated the situation, let me know it would take a little longer, and came back to finish everything the right way. I really appreciated the honesty and communication.
The painter was courteous, professional, and took pride in his work. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who shows up, communicates well, and delivers on what they promise. I would absolutely hire them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 20% discount for Thumbtack customers.
There is no charge for estimates.
No payment is due until the job is complete, no down payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet on site to review the work and provide a written detailed proposal for all work to be done. Scheduling is done at the customers convenience and all work is completed in a professional and timely manner. A walk thru is done with the customer after the work is completed and before any payment is due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have in house OSHA training.
We are Lead-Safe Certified.
All of our crews are trained in product knowledge, application techniques and safe handling practices.
