- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fair. Good work isn’t cheap and poor quality work ends up being expensive for the consumer in the long run so we promise 100% great quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can always talk to them over the phone. Very rarely we give quotes through pictures as we prefer seeing the job in person that way we take away bad surprises out of the equation.
