I recently switched to Aruza based on their sales pitch of treating your entire area / yard, not just a 5-10 foot boarder around your house. I was noticing ant hills and things in the yard and of course bugs always in my tool shed. When they indicated they treated all of that I thought it was a great addition and value considering the minor increase in price compared to what I was paying.
I have only had one service so far along with a follow up that was the suggestion of the first tech Byron, not even required by me. So far seems like a very diligent and trustworthy company / service. So far I am glad I made the switch. Byron was great, made sure I knew what he was going to do and answered all my questions.
Joshua Langenfield came out to do the follow up, very professional, on time and seemed very interested in making sure I was happy with the results. Really loving the service attention so far.

Brian who serviced my home was so great. Super professional and helpful. He kept me informed through the whole process and made me feel great about my decision to hire Aruza. This was our first treatment so I’ll update as time goes on. But so far I 100% recommend. The price was great too another popular place wanted to charge me 3x as much!!

Alec was very professional and very helpful with explaining what he and his helper would be doing. He asked me for my main concern and I showed him the ant problem. He was able to find the nest and treated accordingly. At the completion of the service gave me an update on what was done and the follow up service that would take place. Very pleased with the service that Alex provided today!

Both the sales person and the service technician were very friendly ,courteous and helpful while conducting business here. I appreciate the way they both explained how they , were going to treat the house , or treated the house by each of them respectively.
