He arrived on time or let me know if he was running a few minutes late. He let me know what the process was and where the problem areas were. He pulled out the fridge and helped me clean the floor underneath. I’ve been dealing with bugs off and on for over a year and after just 1 of the 3 treatments I’ve noticed an improvement. I’m very satisfied and would recommend him to others
