FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by first knowing the length/height of the fence. Depending on the style of the fence and the material being used, will also determine the cost of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will have a conversation to get a good idea of the vision and design you have in mind for the fence in terms of positioning, style, material, gates etc… then we will schedule a date/time for us to meet and walk through the property. At that moment I will be taking measurements of your backyard specifically where the fence will be installed. Once we have this information we will email you an estimate within 24 hours that includes all the details of the fence. The price shown will be for both labor and material. If everything looks good and you decide to move forward, we will begin the HOA approval process by submitting an architectural form as a courtesy to you. To begin work we ask for a 50% deposit which will be used for material and initial labor costs. Once we establish a start date we will arrive at 9 AM and be done with the fence by the afternoon. Fences larger than 500 feet may take anywhere from 1 to 2 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 8 years building fences and decks. We have a great crew of guys who are very good at what they do and have plenty of experience in construction specifically in fences and decks. I am very hands-on and like to be involved every step of the process making sure we are getting the job done in a timely manner and making sure we leave the Customer with a smile on their face.
