- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to have a standard pricing system with so many different styles and heights of fences. Flat ground versus major slopes. The size of the crew needed for the job. But I'm seldom if ever the higher priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is what is the purpose of the fence or deck. That's key because a certain style of fence may look great but might not achieve the purpose for which you want the fence or deck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building fences and decks for over 30 years. All styles over all terrains. Experience in the end is what gives you the knowledge and skill to be great at what you do.
