DO NOT HIRE! I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hired Santos Lawn Services to maintain my lawn, but after multiple services, the yard consistently looked unfinished. Large areas appeared unevenly cut, patchy, poorly edged, and in some places looked as though they had been missed entirely. Weeds remained visible around the driveway, tree areas, and other portions of the property. I have photos and video documenting the condition of the yard immediately following service. I gave the company more than one opportunity to improve and did not initially complain after the first visits because I wanted to give them a fair chance. Unfortunately, the quality never improved. What was most concerning was the amount of time spent on the property. On the most recent visit, the crew was on site for approximately 15 minutes. Based on the condition of the yard afterward, it appeared the work was rushed and not completed to a professional standard. When I raised my concerns and provided photos, my concerns about the quality of the lawn care were largely dismissed. Instead of addressing the uneven mowing, missed areas, poor edging, and overall appearance of the yard, the response focused on unrelated issues. I was then informed that I would be pursued for payment despite the condition in which the property was left. I welcome any formal review of the matter and have retained photographs and video evidence documenting the quality of the work performed. For these reasons, I have chosen to hire another lawn care provider.
