- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, so pricing is based on the specific scope, materials, and site conditions. We don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. After reviewing the project details and completing an on-site consultation, we provide a detailed, upfront estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a new request, the first step is a phone call. This allows us to learn more about the project, answer initial questions, and schedule an in-person consultation. In some cases, we can also provide a general price range up front to make sure we’re a good fit. During the in-person consultation, we walk the property, discuss design options, and review scope details. A detailed estimate is typically sent within 24 hours. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the project and confirm next steps
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have an engineering background and spent five years working as a project manager. Through that experience, I realized I enjoyed applying planning, problem-solving, and hands-on execution to real projects. Over time, that led me into landscape construction, where I could combine design, structure, and craftsmanship. Timeless Terrain was started to bring a more organized, well-communicated approach to outdoor projects.
