Responded to request for assembling a lift recliner. He set day and time. Arrived day of service and completed the job. Recliner works great. Price was very reasonable.

I'm knew to Thumbtack and the area in which I required service. I reached out to Kendrick based on Thumbtack's "recommendation" after answering the questions regarding furniture assembly. Kendrick was the first to respond from the two I inquired about. After sending him pictures of the items, he quoted me a price that I felt was a bit pricy, so I told him, "Thanks anyway." He then asked that I cancel my request with him on the site, which I did immediately. But then he proceeded to harass me through text messages, saying that I was "wasting people's time and money." Not knowing the financial impact of my inquiry, I advised him that I had canceled the inquiry as he requested, but also let him know to stop texting me as he had sent THREE more offensive messages.
If this is how this person responds via electronic communication, I DEFINITELY wouldn't want him in my home in person. He is very offensive and unprofessional, and I would NOT recommend him as his temperament may be a sign of a more volital personality.
