Seth is so nice and so professional! He came out immediately after I contacted him and did a very thorough assessment and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate for the work. They replaced a leaking overhang on my patio, repaired, re-tiled a leaking bench in my shower as well as repaired and repainted the wall that was damaged from it. They said it would take 3 days for the job and it only took 2. The work completed is beautiful and just what I wanted. Seth is very detail oriented and I appreciate that so much.

Somehow trust and construction company arent used in the same sentence often without the words dont or cant in between them.Core Four and Seth were not only professional but also accountable, on time, and compassionate with our journey.I do and can trust Core Four for my next project.I just appreciate his demeanor, attitude, and willingness to understand.Hes not some one man hack who calls any old unqualified Joe to do the job for him, he has a designer, options, and a process for how he plans to make your vision a reality.
