We're a full-service renovation company. Seth is so nice and so professional! He came out immediately after I contacted him and did a very thorough assessment and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate for the work. They replaced a leaking overhang on my patio, repaired, re-tiled a leaking bench in my shower as well as repaired and repainted the wall that was damaged from it. They said it would take 3 days for the job and it only took 2. The work completed is beautiful and just what I wanted. Seth is very detail oriented and I appreciate that so much.

We provide detailed, itemized quotes with no hidden fees. Pricing reflects the quality of materials and craftsmanship we deliver — we don't compete on low bids, we compete on results. We work on everything from exterior projects to full home renovations and commercial work. Our typical job costs range from: (Small) $15K-$35K, (Medium) $50K-$200K and (Large) $200K-$750K
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site consultation, then provide a written proposal with a clear scope, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we handle everything from permitting to final walkthrough. You'll always know what's happening on your project.

Core Four Renovations is fully licensed and insured in North Carolina. Our team has decades of combined experience across roofing, siding, kitchens, additions, and full-scale renovations.
