Seth is so nice and so professional! He came out immediately after I contacted him and did a very thorough assessment and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate for the work. They replaced a leaking overhang on my patio, repaired, re-tiled a leaking bench in my shower as well as repaired and repainted the wall that was damaged from it. They said it would take 3 days for the job and it only took 2. The work completed is beautiful and just what I wanted. Seth is very detail oriented and I appreciate that so much.

Very pleased to have found Core Four Renovations! It's a relief to know we have a reliable and fair contractor that we can call when we have projects. We love the replaced patio sliding door and are so glad we did it! We can't wait to have the remaining fascia repairs from squirrel damage/rot around the rest of the house complete.
