Adrian did a great job with building our mudroom addition. He was always on time, very communicative, has a great eye for design, and very knowledgeable when it comes to building. We’ve had him before and will definitely have him here again for all of our custom building needs.

Working with Mailo’s was an excellent experience! They were prompt and responsive from start to finish! We had finish work that needed to be done as far as patching, new baseboards, a lot of paint, tile in the kitchen, etc. and their team did an amazing job making everything look so much better in a short amount of time, fair/reasonable price, especially because they did a few extra things like paint in the pantry and closets which was not included originally. 10/10 experience. Would use them again and highly recommend!

Adrian came out to give me a great quote which I accepted. He came a couple days after to start the project. He took photos of unfinished work from another contractor that did not finish the job. He was very knowledgeable and very affordable. He finished the job very quickly and made very needed suggestions. I will definitely hire him again.
