What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all homes individually. We only charge what is necessary to get the job done. We are a small business so we aren't charging you for unnecessary overhead.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll chat with you as much as you want! Prefer text only? That's fine with us. Prefer to discuss on the phone? Give us a shout!
All we need is your address and a contact phone number. After we have your contact info, we'll send you a quote. If you accept, we'll get you on the schedule and keep you informed throughout the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use a high quality vacuum system for gutters in combination with blowers and manual scoops. Our experience comes from extensive on-the-job training and we are ready to tackle your project.
