- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate with a transparent hourly pricing structure. Our minimum service call is 2 hours. This includes travel time, diagnostics (if needed), labor, and final inspection. Projects that take less than 2 hours are billed at the 2-hour minimum. Larger projects are billed based on the actual time spent on the job. If additional materials or parts are required, the following will be billed separately: • Time spent purchasing materials • Cost of materials (with receipt) We always confirm the scope of work and pricing before beginning any job. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with reviewing the project details. We may request photos to better understand the scope of work and prepare accordingly. Then: 1. We provide an estimated cost and explain our service terms. 2. We schedule a convenient date and time. 3. We arrive on time with professional tools and equipment. 4. If needed, we perform diagnostics, confirm the scope of work, clarify pricing, and obtain customer approval before proceeding. 5. We complete the work carefully, following proper installation and safety standards. 6. We review the results with the customer, ensure everything is completed safely and professionally, and leave the workspace clean and organized. All of our technicians wear uniforms, use protective shoe covers, and bring professional tools, including vacuums for cleanup. We treat your home with care and respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in residential repair and installation services. We specialize in: • Wi-Fi and smart home device setup • Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures) • Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, leaks) • Drywall repair and interior painting • Door and window adjustments and installation • Furniture assembly, TV mounting, and shelving systems • General handyman repairs and installations We use professional-grade tools and follow proper safety standards to ensure secure mounting, correct leveling, and long-lasting results.
