- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now we have a 10% discount to all new customers and always give a 10% discount to any veteran, we are blessed to be able to do what we do at home, and that’s only possible because of what our soldiers do over seas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don’t necessarily like giving pricing over the phone or going off of pictures as pictures don’t explain everything. Our estimates are free as well as our consultation. We enjoying meeting new people and creating new relationships, give a chance to come out and see what problems you have and let us explain our method of fixing the problem and establish a price that is satisfactory for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-2 years of schooling and licensed for electrical and 3 years in the union with over 12 years of experience -Licensed plumbers with over 10 years experience -Gas certified -EPA certified for hvac with over 25 years experience throughout the company -10 years experience with framing, roofing and siding -Have been involved with bathroom renovations and tiling for 7 years -Have completed several different styles of flooring and have been doing floors for 7 years -Have been through several classes with GLECO for proper techniques for interior and exterior painting OSHA 10 certified
