We had a leak in our toilet valve. Mike, his wife and son removed my old tile, removed particle board, installed new plywood, and installed new tile. They did a FANTASTIC JOB in a timely basis. Several years ago, Mr. Powley replaced the carpet in a rental building that I own in Belmont, NC. Because it is is currently being used as a day care facility, Mr Powley worked during the off hours to avoid disrupting the day care operation. I was so pleased with the cost, quality, and timely response that when I needed to replace the floors in my North Florida residence, I called Mr. Powley. He not only guided me through the decision on which type of wood floors I would need, he saved me a couple thousand dollars by directing me to the most cost effective source for purchasing the wood flooring. He drove to Florida and installed the floors. I am completely satisfied with his work and recommend him to you for your flooring needs without hesitation.

I was referred to Mike by a girlfriend whose realtor referred him for updates to her home she was putting on the market. We had a flood in late Jan. I had about 1000 sq ft. of laminate that needed to be replaced. I had carpet that needed to be pulled up and discarded as well as laminate and a lot of furniture that needed to be moved around. The fact that this father, son and wife team got this done in two days and didn't leave any mess to be found is amazing. Mike says he provides a year warranty on labor. Well we were happy with the floors but felt that some of the transition pieces to the ceramic tile wasn't on well and we also saw some glue coming out of one; this was probably three weeks after the job was done. My husband called Mike and within 2-3 days he came out to fix the issue. Class act. I'm getting ready to build a custom home and hope to use Mike for that as well.
