Humberto and his team were amazing to work with—from initial RFP through all the bumps in the road (none related to his team’s work but rather related to issues we identified along the way)—to adding finishing touches and multiple “last-minute” requests to add “one more thing.” This is my first time utilizing this app and I fortunately had a positive experience. I need to call out specifically Humberto’s great eye for color and attention to detail—I had a very challenging time selecting flooring material to match my existing floors, because of course my existing floors were discontinued, and Humberto was very helpful and thoughtful on the flooring I went with ultimately. He and his team are incredibly meticulous, correcting even errors from the builder (fixing uneven sub-floors). I’d say if you’re looking for someone who will care about the whole project, rather than “just the job,” I would recommend you hire HM Hardwood.
