- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a chat over email, text or phone call with the customer about all the details of their session, what type they're wanting, when their event is/session date, what if any products they are looking for, and let them know the total price for everything they're wanting. I take a $50 deposit at the time of booking to hold the date, or if it's a bigger event like a wedding, I'll do 1/3 of the total payment to hold the date. Then if they've bought a package of any kind, like a wedding package, I'll set up the time and date to do the engagement shoot, the bridals, go over all the details with the customer, have them sign any contracts that apply and provide them with a signed copy. Then I patiently wait to meet my new awesome clients!
