Gray + Howard was the photographer for our office holiday party. Upon receiving the photos it seemed like Nan was everywhere but also not at all intrusive. The pictures were great and a number of my colleagues commented on how much they enjoyed her interactions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I have an hourly rate, it truly depends upon what your goals are for my services. We will discuss openly and decide together on a price before any contract is done or retainer is requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of texting and phone calls if necessary. Sometimes I’ll send samples for you to look at and whatever is needed so that you will feel comfortable at the photo shoot and get the product that you are looking for at the price you have budgeted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of marketing experience and 10 years as a photographer. I have been told I have a great eye for composition, but what I’m really known for is my personality that makes everyone feel comfortable and truly sometimes enjoy having their photo taken for the first time ever!
