We had a 2-week deadline to move out the "large" bedroom furniture in exchange for more appropriately sized bedroom furniture for a modern farmhouse style. Kate nailed the vision i was dreaming of. I loved how she listened to my ideas & genuinely agreed with the direction I wanted to go. Her collaboration made the whole process easy & exciting. I had the opportunity to work closely with Kate, who managed numerous Airbnb properties with an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise. She oversaw every aspect of the business, including property acquisition, staging, interior design, cleaning coordination, maintenance, and overall property management. Her knowledge of design concepts and property setup was especially impressive. She had a strong eye for detail and understood exactly how to create spaces that were both visually appealing and highly functional for guests. She was also extremely perceptive when it came to what each property needed to succeed in the short-term rental market. I have been working on the road for 20 yrs and Katie has absolutely hands down been the most responsive and enthusiastic professional I have ever had to help with my housing needs!
