FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Amy's Cleaning, we believe in providing our customers with transparency when it comes to our pricing. We understand that every home is unique, and so are your cleaning needs. That's why we offer customizable cleaning packages. Whether you require a one-time deep cleaning or a regular weekly service, we can tailor our offerings to suit your preferences and budget.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know and we'll make it right, we stand behind the quality of our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a knew customer typically starts when the customer reaches out to inquire about the cleaning services, then we understand the customer needs and provide a quote based on the informations gathered. Once the customer agrees to the quote and terms, we work with them to find a suitable date and time for the cleaning appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey into the world of house cleaning services began with a passion for tidiness and desire to help others. After working in this area for 3 year I decided that it was time to have my own cleaning company, then I learned effective cleaning techniques and attended workshops to understand how to run a business.
