My name is Cedric Macon, Sr. I’m a passionate custodial manager with a solid history of success in facilities management, including 12+ years of management, in customer service, and retail banking. I have worked part-time for others in the cleaning industry and have now decided to branch out on my own full time. We have experience in both residential and commercial cleaning. Formerly the Director of Custodial Service of Salem Academy & College managing 30 Custodial, Event, and Maintenance Staff. In this role, I was responsible for an annual budget of 1 million dollars and cleaning space covering 700,000 square feet of collegiate space to include dorms, offices, and athletic and event space. Two of my most important values are excellence and humility. I am a business owner who can get the job done. I am currently a certified Facility Management Professional “FMP” with “IFMA” International Facilities Management Association.
