They were on time and very professional. They asked me to walk them through the house to point out things I wanted done and made suggestions of their own. They worked efficiently and cleaned thoroughly. When the work was done I was very impressed. I don't think the house has ever been so clean, neat and organized. I immediately asked to be put on their schedule and believe anyone who uses Diann Cleaning Service will do the same.

Johnny and his coworker did an excellent cleaning job. He called to inform me of his arrival time and was very professional from the moment we met. My house looks wonderful! I have 23 windows and they are sparkling now. Johnny even went through the extra effort to drop somethings off with my husband who was in another location.

I did experience very prompt responsiveness from Diann’s. They made every effort to answer my questions, but in the end I decided against hiring from this site. It had nothing to do with Diann’s cleaning. I have just never used a site like this before and could not follow through. Diann’s seemed very professional.
