So happy with Genesis! They showed up on time and went right to work. We were just looking for a one time cleaning but we are so happy with what they've done we decided to have them come every other week. So nice to have a clean house!!

They did a fantasic job-went straight to work. This was a move out cleaning. They wiped down inside of cabinets and cleaned inside the frig. Looked like the first day I moved in. The only issue was a communication problem. I had asked that they not lock the door because I didn't have a key-just used my keypad entry device, but I got home and it had been locked. I had to call the landlord to get back in. But I got over it after seeing how well they did. Just make sure you let the owner know if you have any special instructions beforehand. Still give them a 5!
