The ladies did a wonderful job. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they missed somethings and had to come back out. Overall they did an amazing job!

After responding to my request through thumbtack we scheduled an appointment. She stated that she does not shampoo carpet therefore I hired someone else to clean the carpet. The appointment was set for 2pm. They did not arrive until 2:31pm. The only thing that was cleaned was the bathrooms which didn’t require much. The stovetop but not the oven. The walls and baseboards were not cleaned at all and after she told me that she did but the things wouldn’t come off, I went back and cleaned them myself. The baseboards had spackle dust on them and when I went to clean it the dust that she claimed to clean was still there.

thanks for the review I text you that I was running late, you said it was ok. you refuse to pay me for the service I provided. i did clean all your windows, 3 bathrooms, the stove, the oven, kitchen cabinets, plus all baseboards, all doors.
