Tiffany came over with a smile on her face this past weekend and cleaned my 3 bed 2.5 bath. I got the Deep Clean option and let me tell you, I think the house is cleaner now than when I moved in. Get to know the customers exact needs! So, asking probing questions to get the nitty griddy information needed. Provide them with our mission and set clear expectations!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Organically. Honestly, I was taught growing up the important of the cleanliness of your home. Especially, because we grew up in the projects so my step-dad made it his mission to teach us cleanliness! Although, it was used often as punishment...I actually grew fond of cleaning! The pandemic encouraged me to launch the business instead of hoarding my gift!
