So I had her come to my house the morning after I get off work and she was so flexible because it was outside of normal hours. She was able to clean the house in a special order so that I could go to sleep my house smells amazing. Even two weeks later everything was dust free Shiny smelling good and put back in a proper place even things that I didn’t get a chance to point out because I just forgot she just went ahead and did it. I plan on having her come very consistently, and I’ve even shared her with so many other people, because I was just amazed at the job that she did.

I enjoyed having the Opulence Team assist me with my monthly cleaning. My home was well taken care of! Having my home cleaned and smelling fresh was an instant stress relief. My favorite part about my appointment is how clean my bathrooms were, how polished my hardwood floors looked and felt, and the team's attention to small details, such as thoroughly vacuuming my bathroom rugs! We had our home cleaned by Opulence House Management and were beyond pleased with the results! They took their time analyzing our needs and coming up with a plan for what is needed for our family. In addition to the assessment they took their time in answering any questions that we had. On the day of our service they were punctual and very professional. Our home was cleaned from top to bottom, with no place unturned. Joz treated our home like it was her own, would highly recommend her for all of your house management needs. We will continue to have them to manage our home!

HOLY MOLY! (It’s a long review but I can’t give a person/company a great synopsis of their work in just a small sentence-bare with me and read…you will see) Those are the two words I can think of when I saw the quality work Joz and team did for me when cleaning my house. AMAZING DETAIL was shown when they were cleaning places I didn’t think of, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND was shown when after the initial walk through and she listened to my needs, she explained that they do not say work is done-until it is done, and they were not kidding! They showed that they were VERY EXPERIENCED by expressing options of cleaners for my hard wood floors (which by the way look better that I’ve ever seen them) and I had these rings in my toilet bowl I could not get rid of and when she said I know exactly what to do….SHE MEANT IT…rings gone…and once again like explained earlier she saw some in my sinks and I didn’t even show that to them but yet TOOK INITIATIVE and got rid of them as well! Lastly, CARING FRIENDLY, CONSIDERATE, AND ON TIME were other words that needed to be expressed as well! They were nice to talk with and get to know, my husband was on the phone and a team member asked if it was ok to vacuum because it was going to be loud, and being on time as well as QUICK TO RESPOND is self explanatory! You saw the bold typed words, I had to express what HOLY MOLY meant to you all! HIRE THESE PEOPLE, IMPECCABLE WORK!!!
