- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do discounts for weekly, bi weekly, and monthly customers. We also do discounts if you refer a customer and they do service with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get in touch with you and give you the quote. If you agree to the price, We will Schedule you. Once the cleaning is done we will get in touch with you to see how the cleaning went. If for any reason something went wrong we will try our best to fix it. We want to have happy customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are required to go under a 1 month training even if they already have experience. We do that becase we want to make sure that all the cleaners are doing the same quality job. We our company name to represent our job, Spotless.
