Deposits are required to secure appointments, and we offer flexible add-ons like oven, fridge, or window detailing. No hidden fees—just premium quality and peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick phone or virtual consultation to understand your goals and energy for the space. From there, we create a tailored cleaning plan, confirm the service tier (Standard, Deep, or Luxury Reset Clean™), and secure your booking with a deposit. On cleaning day, our contractors arrive fully equipped, professional, and on time. After completion, we do a walkthrough to ensure perfection and satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in high-end residential cleaning, sanitation, and estate-grade detailing. We’ve completed extensive training in safe chemical use, allergy-friendly and non-toxic products, and advanced techniques for marble, glass, and stainless steel restoration.
