- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The advertised per hour pricing is for consulting and interior advice only. I charge a fixed rate based on the size and demand of the project in addition to a $1,000 minimum full-design service fee. The fixed rate system allows our clients to be aware of whether or not our services are within their budget as early as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Four simple steps: 1. Consultation. The initial consultation consisting of us simply getting to know each other, as well as us getting acquainted with your space. 2. Design Development. Taking into account your vision for the space, we will take a few days to formulate a design plan including your color palette, shopping list, and more. 3. Design Presentation. We present to you the plan for your space with the final cost, floor plan, fabric swatches images, 3D rendering, etc. An initial presentation will be presented as a rough draft meant to gain feedback from you. 4. Implementation. Once the client approve of the design plan, we will move forward with handling all details for you including: scheduling, ordering, and hiring contractors if needed, then move-in and install all items.
