Fred and his team with Bravo Professionals Contractors did an excellent job preparing my home for move in. They completed a renovation of just over 2,000 square feet for me scraping popcorn ceilings, painting the entire inside of the house and replacing the flooring in most of the house. Fred delivers exceptional customer service and excellent work quality. I would definitely recommend them and they can complete just about anything you may need done in your home.

Fred was great to work with. He was very transparent in all dealings and responsive to all our questions. His team showed up on time and delivered great results with the removing of our popcorn ceilings and painting of a few rooms. His price was very competitive and the quality of work was great.

Fred is a great guy! He did a wonderful job removing our wallpaper and muding all the holes. The bathroom was spotless when he finished. I wish I could have hired him to paint the bathroom but we had already hired someone. I recommend him!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Fred and his team are everything you want when you hire someone to provide a service. On time, professional, attention to detail, fair price. They painted the full interior of our single family home and installed carpet on our stairs and second floor. They did a second round of paint in a couple places that Fred felt needed it. They take great pride in their work. We’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Bravo (Carlos) painted the complete interior of the condo (we emptied the work area of all furniture) and did an outstanding job covering the "eclectic" decor (really dark colors and the associated sloppy job) while fixing the holes in the walls and ceiling. Fred is great at advising what colors and finish should be used to get the best appearance. There were only a few things that had to be redone or fixed. Fred really tries to please and make things right. My only hesitation of the rating is that the crew left a lot of "overspray" both on the carpet (they finally came to fix it, albeit late for appointment) and the wood floors (just by chance, we had the floors restored). Advice is to watch the painting crew to ensure better covering of floors and furniture, since the majority of the work uses their paint spray equipment.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally price our jobs by the square footage, ceiling heigth, along with the amount of angles that are involved. There are also other factors such as wall patching, priming, not to mention things like wallpaper removal and etc. However, we have been doing this for so long so no need to take up the homeowners time by manually measuring every room. During the walk through we capture a visual of each area and then formulate a quote that the customer will receive within 24-48hrs of the free consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a general quote on Thumbtack based on the request they submitted. Then we schedule a free on site consultation so we can put an eye on the project and better understand their goals and expectations. We then submit a accurate proposal within 24-48hrs. Once we are awarded the project, our companies standardized agreement is sent to the customer so they can review the terms and electronically sign. At that point their requested start date or next available start date is locked in on our company calendar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We obtained a license for our line work based on the North Carolina license requirements. As of July 1st, 2015 The Privilege License Tax has been repealed in North Carolina for all businesses. As a result, no privilege license renewal applications will be mailed.
However, we are constantly reading up on ways to improve our services from a professional standpoint, along with educating ourselves in our line of work. One of our goals is to always offer environmentally friendly products that can be used during the process.
