- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At DD Reyes, we believe in fair, honest, and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the size of the job, materials, preparation work, and the customer’s goals. We are upfront about costs with no hidden fees. We also offer free estimates and work hard to provide quality results that fit our customers’ budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning about the customer’s project and scheduling a consultation or estimate. We discuss the customer’s vision, inspect the area, and provide recommendations when needed. After providing a clear estimate and timeline, we schedule the project and keep communication open throughout the entire process to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in painting, drywall, texture application, cabinet refinishing, and staining. Over the years, we have developed strong skills through real-world projects, continuous learning, and working with different materials, finishes, and techniques to deliver professional-quality results.
