They were very quick to get in touch with us and come do an estimate. They gave us an estimate on the spot even when we had added to the scope of the project. The were excellent to communicate with management. We had one problem that the workers used a copper sink without permission to get water and it had just been refurbished and was drying. It was partly our fault for not telling them not to use the sink but they left water standing in the sink for hours and by the time we found it the water had damaged the preservation. Management was very responsive and spoke to the workers and apologized. We learned a very important lesson to be very explicit with what they can and cannot do. Their estimate was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive.
