First and foremost, we want to tell you thank you for your business, as well as, your time for leaving us a review. We always need good and bad reviews to grow our business with performance and customer service. Unfortunately, we only sent a request for one review. Thumbtack follows up on its own, im assuming, if a review has yet to be left. As you stated above, we try to take care of any issues and go over and beyond to accommodate our customers with exceptional service. The trees were trimmed because they were almost 4" from the ground and we have stand on lawn mowers and it could potentially scratch or cause bodily harm to us as we are cutting your property, so we trim them up so we can at least duck under them as we maintain your property. The debris was left in the Natural Area with the intentions that if needed it will be cleaned out. That is what I've always known the Natural Area to be used for, fallen leaves, branches, or things like chestnuts. We even went the extra mile to rake your yard, your sidewalk, and front porch of most of the chestnuts that had already fallen to make sure that you didn't fall due to your concern of stepping on them and falling. After you expressed to us that we had left a high spot we went around checking for anything else and all we saw were extra leaves that were left on your back stairs and porch, so we blew them off, again just to go the extra mile to help clean up your property, in which we are very sorry for leaving leaves in your yard. Pricing was discussed before we provided a service and I explained to you why we were charging you $100, but it seems like to accommodate yourself and get your property cut and maintained you utilize our services and then use it as an opportunity to complain about the service. You expressed that you had someone else coming the following day, so if the price was an issue, then all you had to do was make me aware of it, before hiring us, and we could have either discussed pricing or just allow the other company to come. Again, thank you very much for your time and your business, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like we are the right lawn care providers for you. Thank you and wish you the best in the future.
