They were very responsive and quickly set up my appointment. They came when they said they would and got my items. There was no issue with the work.

My issue is with the customer service. I was told to pay a $50 deposit to lock my junk removal in, which I did, but I accidentally overpaid at the end of service and paid the full amount without subtracting my deposit (my fault for not realizing and addressing it then). When I reached out to them requesting the overage paid be returned, they said the deposit was really a FEE for the truck and gas since my house was an hour away. None of this was disclosed AT ALL until I reached out for my overage paid to be refunded. I am disappointed in how this was handled and will not use them again because of it.
