WILLIAM, GREAT DUDE! THE NICEST AND BEST FRENCHMAN LOCKSMITH THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO MEET AND WORK WITH. HE WAS PROMPT, PUNCTUAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS CRAFT. HAD 2 MINUTE INITIAL CONVERSATION AT 8:53pm, GOT TO MY LOCATION AT 9:57pm, WAS FINISHED AROUND 10:49-10:51pm....I WANTED 2 KEYS BUT HE ONLY HAD ONE, SO HE HAD TO ORDER THE 2nd KEY. I'LL FINISH MY REVIEW AFTER I RECEIVE THE 2nd KEY.

This is the first time I’ve had to have a key made for my car. My car is a 2012 so I wasn’t sure if it would be too old to have a key, but thankfully, it wasn’t. He was punctual and extremely friendly. He also answered the questions that I have and provided information that I didn’t even know before. The process was seamless and everything seems to be working well so far. I was able to get same-day service at the exact time that I needed it which was perfect. Oh, and his prices were great, especially because the dealership was gonna charge me over $400, and I paid less than half that.
