I needed some designs done last minute and could find no one to do the work. Posted on several sites. Dyon was the only one to respond. I wasn't very hopeful being it was last second stuff, however I could not have been more surprised. Dyon was very professional and the designs he did for my presentation looked as if he had spent weeks on them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies based on what you need. Base Logo design starts at 300 dollars. All design includes a round of sketches and includes a digital markup both color and black and white. This sketches and mockup come with 3 edits. I aim to make you satisfied and will continue to work on the design until satisfied but after the 3 edits, there will be a small fee of 25 dollars each time the design has to be redone or touched up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I chat with the customer via the customer's choice (phone, text, meeting, email) Then I advise on what would be best for them and their logo to bring it to life. Then I will draw out some sketches and get them approved by the customer, then I'll do some black and white digital, and get it approved, at this point, half the monies will be requested in order to continue the final process. The final process then is the color and transference of files.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Web Design and New media, and a bachelors in Interactive design and game design.
